The Liberty Court Recorder is an audio/video recording program designed to run on a standard PC using the Windows operating system.

The solution includes the Liberty Recorder and Liberty Player applications. The Liberty Recorder enables the user to capture multiple channel digital audio and video, add file notes to the recording, monitor the progress of the recording, and add bookmarks at different points in the recording.

The no cost Liberty Player enables the user to search for, export, and control the playback of the recorded audio/video. The Liberty Court Recorder solution can be configured for distributed, central, or network monitored/controlled recording.

Recorder, Monitor, and Player programs have integrated annotation facilities, eliminating the requirement for a separate annotation program.
