We have seen this message indicate the computer’s anti virus program is trying to run a scan on the recording file or the recorder’s program folder.
You will need to add the local recording folder (e.g. C:\Liberty Recordings) and the Liberty program folder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\HighCriteria or C:\Program Files\HighCriteria) to the exception list of your anti virus program.
