“The sound card has not initialized properly.”
To resolve, do the following:
1) Select, Shut down later.
2) Once the Recorder opens, click X to close.
3) Unplug the USB encoder (e.g. MAYA, Presonus, etc.) from the laptop, wait 5 seconds, then plug the mixer back into the same port.
4) After another 5 seconds, open the recorder again.
