If you receive a message, “You are currently running a evaluation version. You are on day X of your 60-day trial period.” You will need to apply the regkey.bsh file to your program folder. If you don’t have one, click the link in the lower right corner to contact your JCG support person.
If you have the file, copy it to one of the following directories and verify it’s named regkey.bsh.
C:\Program Files (x86)\HighCriteria\LibertyMeetingSystem
C:\Program Files\HighCriteria\ LibertyMeetingSystem
C:\Program Files (x86)\HighCriteria\LibertyCourtRecorder
C:\Program Files\HighCriteria\LibertyCourtRecorder
If you have the Liberty Interview Recorder installed, you will need to rename the registration file to regkey.lir and save to one of the following directories:
C:\Program Files (x86)\HighCriteria\ LibertyInterviewRecorder
C:\Program Files\HighCriteria\ LibertyInterviewRecorder
